Terms of Service

1. Overview
These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Sansat Tech Solutions (Sole Proprietorship, GSTIN: 27BLYPY4783N1ZI, Maharashtra, India) and clients engaging our software development, SaaS, and related services.
2. Services
We provide custom software development, web and mobile app development, SaaS product development, API and backend engineering, DevOps, and maintenance services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual project proposals or statements of work.
3. Engagement Process
- Project scope is agreed upon in writing before work begins (via proposal, SOW, or email confirmation).
- Work begins only after the agreed advance payment is received.
- Changes to scope after project start may affect timeline and cost.
4. Payment Terms
- Small projects (under ₹50,000): 50% advance, 50% on delivery.
- Medium projects (₹50,000 – ₹2,00,000): 40% advance, 30% at milestone, 30% on delivery.
- Large projects (above ₹2,00,000): Milestone-based payments as defined in the SOW.
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
- GST (18%) is applicable on all domestic invoices.
- International clients: 0% GST on export of services.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, all custom code and designs created for your project are transferred to you.
- We retain the right to use generic, non-proprietary components across projects.
- We may list the project in our portfolio (company name and general description) unless you opt out in writing.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client project details, business data, and communications as confidential. A separate NDA can be signed upon request before project discussions begin.
7. Warranties & Liability
- We deliver production-ready code tested across agreed environments.
- Bug fixes for delivered work are covered free of charge for 30 days post-delivery.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project.
- We are not liable for losses arising from client-side hosting failures, third-party API changes, or misuse of delivered software.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with 7 days written notice. In case of termination:
- Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
- All completed deliverables and source code are handed over.
- Advance payments for unstarted work are refundable (see Refund Policy).
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith discussion first. If unresolved, disputes are subject to arbitration under Indian law, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra, India.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
